Compliance Forum Only 

To add the Compliance Forum to the Medicare or Medicaid Conference(s) there is an additional fee of $125 instead of the above-mentioned rates.

Summit on Payment Reform and Delivery Transformation Only 

To add the Summit on Payment Reform and Delivery Transformation to the Medicare or Medicaid Conference (s) there is an additional fee of $300 (Government Fee is $150). 

Team discounts do not apply for AHIP’s Compliance Forum.

*Registration for "both conferences" is for one person only; it cannot be split between two individuals. 


Team Discounts 

For every two individuals from your organization who register, a third team member receives a free conference registration. The free registration for the third team member is not transferrable to a future conference. To qualify for Team Discounts, ALL attendees must be registered for same conference/event

This offer is available to full Medicare, Medicaid, or Medicare and Medicaid conference registrations only. Sponsor, any combination registration (other than those listed above), and Government registrations are excluded.. 

Photo ID Required  

  • AHIP now requires that all conference attendees show a valid government issued photo ID to pick up their badges.
  • Conference badge and materials will not be provided until registration fees are paid in full.


  • Registrations will not be processed without payment. Make checks payable to AHIP.

Early Registration Discount  

  • To qualify for early registration, AHIP must receive registration forms and payment no later than Friday, August 10, 2012.
  • Registrations received after this date are subject to the standard registration fees.  

Cancellation Policy  

  • To cancel your registration, please send a written notification to on or before Wednesday, August 29, 2012. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, August 29, 2012. 
  • Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted. 


  • Refunds are issued to those who have notified AHIP in writing by the cancellation date indicated.
  • Refunds will be provided, less a processing fee of $350 ($150 for government registrations).
    • If registered for Compliance Forum only and/or Summit on Payment Reform only, refunds will be provided, less a processing fee of $125 ($100 for government registrations).
  • Please allow 30 business days after cancellation for refund processing.  


  • All substitution requests must be received in writing from the original registrant by Wednesday, August 29, 2012 to
  • Differences in registration type or event selection may cause an increase in registration fees, which will be the responsibility of the new registrant. In the case of a decrease, AHIP will refund the difference.  

Registration Transfer/Credit  

  • AHIP does allow for registrations to be transferred to future conferences when attendees are unable to attend a conference for which they are registered. This does not apply to the free TEAM registrants.
  • Registration transfer requests must be received in writing to by Friday, September 07, 2012.
  • Conference registration credits are valid for one year from the date of the conference for which the cancellation applies.
